Welcome to the Lebanese Business Council Mobile Application ("App") These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you use the App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The App provides the following features to members:

• Access to exclusive member benefits

• A member forum for networking and discussions
The features and services may be updated, added, or removed at the discretion of the Lebanese Business Council ("Council") without prior notice.

To access certain features of the App, users must register and create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
The Council is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Membership

Membership is subject to approval by the Council. Membership benefits, eligibility criteria, and fees (if any) are determined by the Council and may change at any time.

5. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:
• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Respect other users and refrain from abusive or harmful conduct
• Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
• Not use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software used in the App are the property of the Lebanese Business Council or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
